With proper care, your extensions can last through a full growth cycle — typically 2 to 4 weeks. We recommend coming in for a fill every 2 to 3 weeks to keep your set looking fresh and full. Natural lash shedding is normal, and your technician will refresh any gaps during your fill appointment.

Yes — when applied correctly by a trained technician, extensions are safe. We match the weight and length of each extension to your natural lash so there's no strain or damage. Avoid pulling, rubbing, or using oil-based products near your eyes, and your natural lashes will stay healthy.

A classic full set usually takes about 90 minutes, while volume and hybrid sets can take up to 2 hours depending on the density and style you choose. We never rush — your comfort and the precision of the application come first.

It's generally recommended to skip mascara, especially waterproof formulas, as they can break down the adhesive and shorten the life of your extensions.
